Apparel and Accessories Return Policy
Nutrabolics apparel and accessories are all made to order using a third party and do not offer any returns or exchanges. All items are a final sale. If there is an issue with regards to receiving the wrong item ordered, then you will have two options. Option 1 keep the item and receive 20% off your entire order, provided no coupon was used to make this order. Option 2 ship the item back to us at our cost and we will provide you with the correct item and a 20% discount on the item.
Supplement Return Policy
Credits will be issued only to the party who initially purchased the products directly from Nutrabolics
- The product being returned must have at least 75% of the contents remaining in the container
- The product must be defective in some way for it to qualify for a return.
- Pictures of the product in question must be provided. That includes the inside of the container along with the lot # and expiration date
- Once a return is received with a completed customer return form, please allow 10-14 business days for us to review and process the request
- Please do not dispose of the returned items until Nutrabolics has reviewed the details
- All approved returns will be issued a credit only
- Any product that is within 12 months of expiry will not be accepted for returns unless product is deemed to be defective.
Our supplements will be shipping out of our Canadian warehouse and the apparel and accessories will be shipping out of two different warehouses that are not connected to the supplement warehouse. When you place an order that include Supplements and apparel and accessories you will be receiving two shipments. For US customers there may be issues at the border with customs holding orders pertaining to supplements. We understand this can be frustrating, but this is not something we are in control of and will do all in power to get these released.
Time to process orders is one business day after an order is approved & paid. No orders will be processed prior to payment. Email notification with tracking information will be sent within one business day of the order being shipped. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.
If you have not received your order after 10 business day’s or would like to initiate a return you may email firstname.lastname@example.org and allow two business days for a response. If you do not get a response within the two-business days, please email email@example.com
