Nutra Fam! Please welcome our newest athlete Natali Gomez! Joining us all the way from Cali, Colombia, Natali is a CrossFitter, Martial Artist, and Fitness Celebrity. Throughout her sporting career she has competed at a National level in gymnastics and is also a 2 time National champion in Wushu and Sanda. Her accolades also include time as a Regional and National level Taekwondo competitor and champion in university games of Taekwondo for 4 years straight. 💪🏼🏆
Natali has been actively practicing competitive Crossfit for 2 years, including a stint in a National Survivor-style TV show. An intense and fierce competitor, Natali’s biggest motivation is to be a better person for her family and an example for the youth, as well as to find the balance between her mind, body and spirit. 🙏🏼
